How do I place a custom order?
Simply place your order and send your photos, names, colors, logos, or design ideas through message or email. A mockup will be sent for approval before production begins.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes! You can use personal photos, team pictures, senior portraits, logos, or custom artwork.
Can you match school or team colors?
Absolutely! Please include school/team colors when ordering.
Do you send a mockup before making my order?
Yes 💙 All custom orders receive a mockup for approval before production.
Turnaround Time & Shipping
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days after mockup approval.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you need your order quickly, send me a message before ordering and I’ll do my best to help!
Products & Care
Are tumblers insulated?
Yes! Tumblers are double-wall vacuum insulated and keep drinks hot or cold for hours.
Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the design and finish.
What size are the tumblers?
Most tumblers are 20oz skinny stainless steel tumblers unless otherwise stated.
What size are the buttons/pins?
Pins are 3-inch custom photo buttons with a pin-back style.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because all items are custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is an issue with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so I can help make it right.
